  1. Great podcast as usual 🙂

Just want to offer a different perspective on something you all mentioned about response to podcasts being fewer than response to written posts. I can only speak for myself when I say that it’s easier for me to read and respond to a post than to listen to a 60 minute podcast. Because of my career and outside interests, I spend about 75% of my waking hours either reading or writing. There’s no way I can listen to someone’s podcast AND read other people’s words or write my own. It can be a distraction.

With that said, I do agree that if people WANT to listen, then they will. They will make time for it just like they do anything else. So, I purposely plan to listen while I’m walking or doing whatever other exercise.

    1. Thanks Kathy, i appreciate you taking time to listen to it when you can, and responding. You are valuable because you at least try to listen, so it doesn’t really apply to you. Podcasts are fun to do, but people will only listen if they are compelled to do so. We wish we had more support, but life doesn’t always go the way we want it to. I know Tareau is my number one supporter when it comes to anything, so I try to reciprocate that energy. I think they are more frustrated with people they ardently support, not even trying to listen to their podcast. I know how it is, I’ve done youtube for months at a time with no views or sub’s until I talk about a hot topic, so I know people only listen to what they have a interest in listening to. If we want more listeners, we have to pay for advertising. But all sub’s aren’t good sub’s, some followers are trolls who wish to disagree with everything you say and do. The best sub’s are people like you, who actually listen and respond accordingly. Not too big of a deal for me, because I like listening to myself (narcissistic complex), cause I like what I tall about. The key to anything in life is patience.
